Uma fábrica de películas higiénicas verticalmente integrada

A Xinqi não é um intermediário que encaminha a sua encomenda para uma fábrica. A granulação, a extrusão, a impressão, o rebobinagem e o corte longitudinal realizam-se todos dentro de um recinto fechado, ao abrigo de um único sistema de qualidade e sob um único ponto de responsabilidade.

Da granulação ao rolo acabado

Fundada em 2015 na Zona Industrial de Huidong, na cidade de Dongling, no concelho de Hui’an, em Quanzhou, a nossa fábrica de 92 mu dispõe de 50 000 m² de área de produção coberta, 12 linhas de produção de película, 13 máquinas de impressão flexográfica e 4 máquinas de impressão por gravura. O carbonato de cálcio e o polietileno importado são transformados em película moldada ou respirável, sendo depois impressos, laminados, rebobinados e cortados de acordo com as suas especificações — sem qualquer etapa subcontratada. Um único fornecedor, um único sistema de qualidade, um único ponto de responsabilidade.

Um campus hermeticamente fechado, livre de poeira e com pressão positiva

Mantido sob pressão positiva, o campus impede a entrada de poeira na sala de películas, e todos os que entram na área de produção passam primeiro por um duche de ar. A temperatura e a humidade são controladas nas oficinas de impressão e de trabalhos especiais, onde a aderência da tinta e a planicidade da película variam consoante as condições meteorológicas. Os laboratórios internos de ensaios e microbiologia aprovam cada lote, desde a receção da matéria-prima até ao rolo acabado, e nove zonas funcionais garantem um fluxo de material curto e a rastreabilidade dos lotes.

Trabalham nas instalações 210 pessoas, 130 das quais são técnicos: operadores de extrusão, impressão e correspondência de cores, laminação, rebobinagem e corte longitudinal, analistas de laboratório, engenheiros de qualidade e de manutenção. A capacidade anual de produção de película higiénica está prevista em cerca de 30 000 toneladas. A nossa promessa é simples: ser o fornecedor de materiais de higiene mais seguro e com a melhor relação custo-benefício.

Granulação

Linha de granulação de alta velocidade com um alimentador por perda de peso com uma precisão de 0,5%. Carbonato de cálcio com granulometria média de 2,5 µm e humidade inferior a 0,2%, misturado com polietileno importado.

Extrusão de película

12 linhas de produção de película, 5 de película fundida e 7 de película microporosa respirável, equipadas com medidores de espessura em linha SCANTECH (França), matrizes automáticas JCTIMES e sistemas de deteção de defeitos de alta precisão. O tratamento corona a 5 000–15 000 V/m² aumenta a aderência.

Impressão

13 máquinas de impressão flexográfica por satélite com servo-controlo total e 4 máquinas de impressão por gravura, com velocidades até 500 m/min e registo de 8 cores. Cada máquina dispõe de inspeção de defeitos em linha com um cartão de marcação de defeitos em circuito fechado.

Rebobinar

Rebobinadoras de alta velocidade com deteção de defeitos, de modo a que um comprimento anormal seja rejeitado e confirmado, em vez de passar para a fase seguinte do processo.

Corte longitudinal

13 máquinas de corte longitudinal de alta velocidade com correção precisa das bordas e eliminação de eletricidade estática, proporcionando a largura de bobina que a sua linha de transformação necessita.

New product validation. New material goes through sample testing and a small-batch trial; new products go through R&D sampling and a pilot run; mass production carries process-change testing, periodic confirmation and ageing tests.

Company, Certification And Audit Questions

Xinqi is a factory, not a trading company. We operate a 50,000 square metre fully sealed positive-pressure campus on a 92-mu site in Hui’an, Quanzhou, Fujian, China. Film extrusion, printing, rewinding and slitting all run in-house, on 12 film lines and 17 printing presses. Buyers are welcome to audit the plant before placing an order.

Xinqi holds ISO 9001 quality management certification, first granted in 2017, and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 environment and occupational safety certification, granted in 2021. We were recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise in 2022 and certified to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 in 2026. The company also holds 28 granted patents.

Yes. Factory audits are welcome and we will help arrange the visit. We prepare the certification originals, in-house laboratory records, 6M quality documentation and inspection records for each production stage in advance. Most audits are completed in a single day, covering the film extrusion hall, the printing and slitting workshop, the laboratory and the warehouses.

Yes. The in-house laboratory holds 12 testing instruments, including a water content analyser, an electronic tensile tester, a friction coefficient tester, a softness tester, a programmable temperature and humidity chamber, an ageing oven, a muffle furnace, a melt flow indexer and a pH meter. Every batch is tested, and all instruments are externally calibrated once a year.

We support trial orders and sampling, so buyers can validate the film before committing to volume. Stock specifications ship quickly, while customised orders are typically delivered in 3 to 7 days depending on specification, artwork and quantity. Send us your grammage, width and print requirement and we will confirm both the minimum order quantity and the lead time.

Yes. We ship to Asia, the Middle East, South America and Africa, and we support export orders with multi-specification customisation. Standard export documentation is provided, including the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading. Tell us your destination port and we will confirm the shipping terms.

Yes. Pre-shipment inspections by SGS, BV, TUV or any inspector you nominate are welcome. We will prepare the relevant batch records, inspection standards and access to the loading area in advance. Please share the inspector name, the target ship date and the inspection checklist with your account manager so we can coordinate the visit smoothly.

A standard export shipment leaves the plant with a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. A certificate of analysis for the production batch and any third-party test report you request can be enclosed with the shipment or emailed in advance. OEKO-TEX, food-contact and RoHS statements are available on request.

Yes. A retained sample of every production batch is sealed and stored in our sample room for traceability. Each sample is labelled with the batch number, production date, machine and operator. If a downstream claim is raised, the retained sample can be cross-referenced for re-testing and root cause analysis.

Submit the complaint with the batch number, photographs and a short description to your account manager. A quality engineer will respond within one working day with the first findings. Once the root cause is confirmed, we issue a corrective action report and agree the remedy, which can include replacement, credit note or technical support on your converting line.

Stock specifications are available as free A4 or roll samples with the buyer paying only the international courier cost. Customised samples (grammage, colour, print, width) are produced on the production line and a sample fee may apply; this fee is usually refunded or credited against the first production order. Tell us the specification and we will confirm the sample arrangement within one working day.

Yes. We run OEM and private label programmes for film converters, brand owners and large retailers. We can match an existing film specification, print your artwork under our colour-managed workflow, and ship under your brand label and carton marks. A mutual non-disclosure agreement and a quality agreement are signed before artwork files are exchanged.
