Factory evidence buyers can verify before sampling. Granulation, extrusion, printing, rewinding and slitting all run on one sealed campus in Hui’an, Fujian — with an in-house laboratory and the certificates your compliance team will ask for.
A shortlist is not built from slogans. It is built by removing one risk at a time: factory identity, repeat quality, compliance approval, capacity fit, export handoff and response speed. Pick the risk that is holding your review up.
The first question in every supplier review is whether the order is made by the company quoting it. Xinqi is a manufacturer, and the production route can be walked rather than described.
Quality drift is the risk that hurts most after approval, because it appears months later on a running converting line. Xinqi controls the three variables that usually move.
A quotation can be competitive and still stop at the compliance desk. The certificates a hygiene buyer needs already exist here, with the year each was granted.
A capacity figure is only useful when it maps onto the film route you actually buy. The installed equipment here answers the volume question and the specification question at the same time.
Film that passes outgoing inspection can still be held at customs for a missing declaration. Export paperwork is treated here as part of production, not as an afterthought.
Slow or relayed answers are a supplier risk of their own. Here the account manager and the technical contact both sit with the plant, not with an intermediary.
Five stages, one site, one quality system. Each stage below names the evidence you can ask for before you accept a quotation.

Three granulation lines compound calcium carbonate and imported polyethylene on site, weighed by loss-in-weight scales accurate to 0.5 percent, so the masterbatch and the colour are set before extrusion begins.
Ask for: the compound formulation and the colour route for your film.

Five cast lines and seven microporous breathable lines run under one roof, with French SCANTECH thickness scanners and JCTIMES automatic die heads holding gauge across the full web width.
Ask for: the line that will run your specification and its thickness tolerance.

Thirteen satellite flexographic and four gravure presses print at up to 500 m/min with 8-colour registration and inline defect detection on every press, using food-grade water-based ink.
Ask for: the print trial and the ink route for skin-contact material.

Thirteen slitters and twelve rewinders finish the roll with edge correction and static elimination, and eight of the rewinders carry high-precision defect detection.
Ask for: roll width, winding tension and packing readiness.

Finished rolls are held in the goods warehouse and released only after outgoing inspection, so nothing ships on assumption.
Ask for: the release record before the container is loaded.
Approving a supplier on one good sample is the most expensive mistake in film sourcing, because the failure appears months later on a running line. Three variables decide whether batch ten behaves like batch one.
The compound is granulated on our own three lines, so the calcium carbonate, the polyethylene and the colour are the same on repeat order ten as on order one.
Breathable film, cast film, printing and slitting each run on dedicated equipment with inline measurement, so a repeat order is not re-learned from scratch.
Twelve laboratory instruments test every batch, all devices are externally calibrated once a year, and a sealed sample of each batch is retained for re-testing.

Procurement, QA and compliance rarely ask for the same document. This index shows which file answers which internal question, and where that file comes from.
| Document | The internal question it answers | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Certificate copies | Supplier approval and the compliance file: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, with their scope. | Certifications centre |
| Certificate of analysis | Quality release and incoming inspection: batch test data for the roll that actually shipped. | Quality control |
| Quality system records | Supplier audit and corrective action review: 6M documentation and the inspection record for each production stage. | Quality control |
| Factory audit file | Pre-approval factory visit: certification originals, in-house laboratory records and process documentation. | About Xinqi |
| Export document set | Customs clearance and destination delivery: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading. | Contact and RFQ |

20,000 tonnes of annual capacity is only meaningful next to the route you buy. Here is what each part of the installed equipment actually removes from your order.

Copy this list into your first email. It is written as the six items that let three different internal teams sign off on the same supplier.
Business licence, plant address in Hui’an, Quanzhou, Fujian, and the route for a one-day factory audit.
Specification sheet and test data for the grammage, width and print you are actually buying.
The COA for the production batch, with the in-house laboratory results behind it.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 copies, checked against your material and market.
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and bill of lading, reviewed by your customs broker.
Line allocation and lead time for your annual volume and repeat specification.
Procurement checks the price and the risk, QA checks the batch data, and compliance checks the certificates and the declarations. A supplier who can answer all three in one reply is a supplier who can be shortlisted without another round of questions.
This page is a starting point, not the whole file. Each concern below has a page that carries the detail, so the review can move forward instead of stopping here.
| Your concern | Next page | What you will find there |
|---|---|---|
| Factory identity | About Xinqi | Campus, production lines, capacity, milestones and the route for a factory audit. |
| Product fit | Products | Breathable film, cast film, backsheet, lamination, composite film and printed film routes. |

| Compliance proof | Certifications | ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, patents and audit files. |
| RFQ action | Contact | How to send a specification, request samples and ask for the document pack. |
