Xinqi is not a trader passing your order to a mill. Granulation, extrusion, printing, rewinding and slitting all happen inside one sealed campus, under one quality system and one point of accountability.
From Granulation To Finished Roll
Founded in 2015 in Huidong Industrial Zone, Dongling Town, Hui’an County, Quanzhou, our 92-mu plant holds 50,000 m² of sealed factory space, 12 film-making lines, 13 flexographic presses and 4 gravure presses. Calcium carbonate and imported polyethylene become cast or breathable film, then printed, laminated, rewound and slit to your specification — no step subcontracted. One supplier, one quality system, one point of accountability.
One Sealed, Dust-Free Positive-Pressure Campus
Held under positive pressure, the campus keeps dust out of the film hall, and everyone entering production passes an air shower first. Temperature and humidity are controlled in the printing and speciality workshops, where ink adhesion and film flatness move with the weather. In-house testing and microbiology laboratories release every batch, from raw material intake to finished roll, and nine functional zones keep material flow short and batches traceable.

210 people work on site, 130 of them technical: extrusion, printing and colour-matching, laminating, rewinding and slitting operators, laboratory analysts, quality and maintenance engineers. Annual hygiene film capacity is planned around 30,000 tonnes. Our promise is simple: the safest and most cost-effective hygiene material supplier.
Five Processes Under One Roof
Each process carries its own equipment list and precision figure, so the capability claim can be checked line by line during an audit.
01Granulation
Calcium carbonate and imported polyethylene are compounded on site, so the masterbatch stays under our own control.
02Film Extrusion
Five cast lines and seven microporous breathable lines run under one roof, with inline thickness measurement.
03Impression
Up to eight colours with inline defect inspection, and water-based ink options for skin-contact print.
04Rewinding
Defect detection at rewinding removes abnormal lengths before the roll is packed.
05Slitting
Edge correction and static elimination deliver the exact roll width and winding tension you specify.

What Can Be Customised
Grammage, width, whiteness and softness are all adjustable, in matte or gloss finish. We print artwork, your brand logo, anti-counterfeit marks, and full-bleed or spot designs.
Reverse Printing For Skin-Contact Safety
Reverse printing keeps the ink on the inside of the laminate so it never contacts skin, and water-based ink means the finished pack carries no solvent smell.

Free sample rolls shipped at our cost, then custom proofing, a small trial order and finally volume production. Stock specifications ship quickly; customised orders take three to seven days by specification.
