Fujian Xinqi Hygiene Materials produces breathable, cast and printed film for diapers, sanitary napkins and adult care — from granulation to finished roll, inside one sealed campus in Hui’an, Fujian.
Xinqi is not a trader passing your order to a mill. Granulation, extrusion, printing, rewinding and slitting all happen inside one sealed campus, under one quality system and one point of accountability.
Fujian Xinqi Hygiene Materials was founded in 2015 in the Huidong Industrial Zone, Dongling Town, Hui’an County, Quanzhou, Fujian. Everything that turns raw material into a finished roll happens in our own plant. Calcium carbonate and imported polyethylene go into our high-speed granulation line; the compound is extruded into cast or microporous breathable film; the film is printed on our own presses; then it is rewound and slit to your specification. No step is subcontracted. That is what vertical integration means here — one supplier, one quality system and one point of accountability for the film that reaches your converting line.
The campus is sealed and held under positive pressure, so dust cannot travel from the yard into the film hall. Everyone entering production passes through an air shower first. Temperature and humidity are controlled in the printing and speciality workshops, because ink adhesion and film flatness both move with the weather. Nine functional zones sit inside a single 92-mu site, which keeps material flow short, handling damage low and every batch traceable from the granulation line to the loading bay.
210 people work on site and 130 of them are technical staff: extrusion operators, printing and colour-matching technicians, rewinding and slitting operators, laboratory analysts, quality engineers and maintenance engineers. Our founding aim has not changed since 2015 — to be the hygiene materials supplier with the safest quality at the most competitive price.
From a single workshop in 2015 to 20,000 tonnes of annual film capacity. Each step is documented by a certificate or an audit you can ask to see.
Established in the Huidong Industrial Zone, Hui’an, Fujian, with the first cast film lines running.
Quality management system certified for the production of breathable film and nonwoven composite film.
Environment and occupational health and safety management systems certified.
Recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise, with a Quanzhou Expert Workstation established the same year.
Annual film capacity reached 20,000 tonnes and output value hit a record ¥250 million.
Certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, with one breathable film line and one blown film line added in the second half of the year.
Film capacity a year, 2024
Each process carries its own equipment list and precision figure, so the capability claim can be checked line by line during an audit.
Calcium carbonate and imported polyethylene are compounded on site, so the masterbatch stays under our own control.
Five cast lines and seven microporous breathable lines run under one roof, with inline thickness measurement.
Up to eight colours with inline defect inspection, and water-based ink options for skin-contact print.
Defect detection at rewinding removes abnormal lengths before the roll is packed.
Edge correction and static elimination deliver the exact roll width and winding tension you specify.
Most suppliers show you test results. We would rather show you how the results are controlled — the six inputs we manage, the eight inspection gates every batch passes and the calibration behind the instruments.
Every instrument is named, every batch is tested, and every device is calibrated against an external reference once a year.
Buyers who visit us usually ask the same question first: can you verify this yourself? These twelve instruments sit in our own laboratory, so a batch is measured before it leaves the plant rather than after a complaint.
Certificates are the first gate a B2B buyer checks. Here are the originals, with the year each was granted, plus the patents and the expert workstation behind our development work.
Certified by China Quality Mark for the production of breathable film and nonwoven composite film. First granted in 2017 and maintained through annual surveillance audits.
Environment management and occupational health and safety management systems, both certified in 2021 and covering film and nonwoven composite film production.
Awarded by the Fujian Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Tax Bureau. First recognised in 2022 and re-issued in 2025 for a further three years.
Issued by TESTEX for breathable and non-breathable textile backsheets at Product Class I, the baby-article class. Valid until 30 April 2027.
OEKO-TEX® 100 explained25 utility model patents and 3 invention patents covering film formulation, embossing, positioning-cut pattern layouts, printing and rewinding equipment.
Awarded by the Quanzhou Municipal Talent Work Leading Group, backing our industry and university research programme on film formulation and printing.
Every supplier says high quality. These are the figures our film actually holds, with the method used to measure each one.
At 14 g/m² the film holds an MD tensile strength of 12 N and an MD elongation of 120%, so it runs at line speed without web breaks.
Measured by tensile test in our laboratoryHigher film strength means a diaper line can thread a new roll with about ten fewer waste sheets per change than it would with standard breathable film.
Compared on customer converting linesAn industry-first layout that produces five completely different patterns in a single positioning-cut run; the AB version yields two patterns in four colours.
Verified on production pressesWater-based ink leaves no residual smell, which removes the single most sensitive complaint in diaper converting — odour inside the finished pack.
Odour check on incoming inkThe printed layer sits inside the laminate, so ink never touches skin, and the film does not bleed colour after soaking in saline at 40 °C. It also passes third-party fastness tests for perspiration, water, dry rubbing and saliva.
Third-party colour fastness reportSecondary deep embossing produces clear, round emboss points on the backsheet film, and the finished material tests below pH 8.
pH test in our laboratoryTell us the grammage, width and artwork and we will quote it. Sample rolls ship free, and custom orders are delivered in three to seven days.
Grammage, width, whiteness and softness are all adjustable, in matte or gloss finish. We print artwork, your brand logo, anti-counterfeit marks, and full-bleed or spot designs.
Reverse printing keeps the ink on the inside of the laminate so it never contacts skin, and water-based ink means the finished pack carries no solvent smell.
Free sample rolls shipped at our cost, then custom proofing, a small trial order and finally volume production. Stock specifications ship quickly; customised orders take three to seven days by specification.
Our film runs on the lines of leading hygiene manufacturers at home and abroad. We do not only list who they are — here is why they stay.
Diaper and sanitary napkin manufacturers supplying the domestic market at volume.
International brands with converting plants across Asia sourcing backsheet film.
European and North American converters producing retailer own-brand ranges.
Incontinence and adult care producers needing softness and WVTR consistency.
Online-first baby care labels that change artwork and pattern frequently.
Plants producing for supermarket and pharmacy chains under tender contracts.
Our main customers are leading hygiene enterprises at home and abroad, and most have been sourcing film from us for years rather than for one season.
Because granulation, extrusion, printing and slitting are all ours, we control the film, the print and the schedule instead of chasing a third party.
An in-house laboratory and the 6M quality system support the same specification year after year, which is what long supply programmes need.
Two questions matter to an overseas buyer: where do the goods ship from, and can I come and audit the plant. Both answers are below.
Huidong Industrial Zone, Dongling Town, Hui’an County, Quanzhou, Fujian 362141, China. The plant sits on the Quanzhou–Putian border, within reach of both Xiamen Port and Fuzhou Port for export shipments.
Nine functional zones sit inside a single 92-mu site, which keeps material handling short and every batch traceable.
Factory audits are welcome. Send us your proposed dates and audit checklist and we will arrange the itinerary, prepare the certificate originals, laboratory records and 6M documentation in advance, and host the visit in English.
The questions procurement teams ask us most often before they place a first order. Product and selection questions are answered on the product pages.
Send us your grammage, width and print requirement. We will confirm the specification, the lead time and the sample plan, and a free sample roll can be on its way to you the same week.
